2. Pricing & Payment: Our services are packaged based on scope, duration, and complexity. Pricing proposals range from $1,000 to $25,000 USD depending on the services selected. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, and we accept the following major credit cards:VisaMastercardAmerican ExpressDiscoverFull payment or an agreed deposit is required to begin services unless otherwise stated in your proposal.

 

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy: We offer a full refund within the first two weeks of the initial 28-day engagement term, provided the request is made in writing to our support team. Clients may cancel services at any time. If cancellation occurs after the initial refund window, the current 28-day term will continue until completion, and no partial refunds will be issued for unused time.

 

4. Client Responsibilities: Clients agree to: Provide accurate and timely information. Participate in scheduled meetings or feedback cycles. Comply with project timelines and communication expectations. Failure to cooperate or provide necessary materials may delay service delivery and does not warrant a refund.

 

5. Intellectual Property: All strategies, documents, creative concepts, and deliverables created by Everest Creators remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a license to use the content within the scope of the agreed service.

 

6. Limitation of Liability: Everest Creators is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. We do not guarantee specific social media outcomes (e.g., follower counts, view counts), though we work diligently to support performance-based goals.

 

7. Privacy: Your data is protected under our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and use your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of this information as outlined.

 

8. Modifications to Terms: We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted to this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
