Service Fulfillment

Our services are delivered digitally through scheduled consultations, reports, performance check-ins, and strategy sessions. Engagements are structured in 28-day terms, during which deliverables are outlined in advance and delivered via email, video calls, or collaborative platforms.

Refund Policy

We stand by the quality of our work and offer a 100% refund if requested within the first two weeks of the initial 28-day term of engagement. To request a refund, please email us at team@everestcreators.com with your full name and details of your original order.

No refunds will be issued beyond the first 14 calendar days of the first engagement term.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel ongoing services at any time. Cancellations made before the end of a term will take effect at the end of the current 28-day cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for unused days beyond the initial refund window.
